I am sheela Misra I have a saving bank a/c No 0294000300511953 with PNB halwasia market branch Lucknow My debit card (Mastercard) No is 5048840294010009410 While operating my debit card today because of my own mistake the same got blocked.

Please get the same relesed so that I can operate ATM as I am presently out of town
