PF not received

Dear Sir,

I Neetu Sharma have left my organisation on 14 Jan i: e HBL Global Pvt Ltd and I have submitted my PF withdrawl form in the month of July after clearing my dues and same got submitted to your organisation on 26 August as per the acknowledgement received from my company. After giving several reminders and making regular follow up I am still not able to get my Provident Fund.

My PF number is MH-45327

My Employee Id is N05628.

Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis.
