Not Return any document and cheques

Hello sir

I had applied for a personal loan in HDB bank, Two guys are came from HDb bank and they told me that they will give me loan whitin 2-3 days and took 7 blank cheques, Rs 500 and some documents zerox... after that they didnt response me, when i called they told me sir just give me 2mores days... same thing happened again and again.
