I am endorsed in SANTOSH (EA) My Policy No.is APS-498616-A and proposal no 632578 and my nominee is my wife ABIRAMI, But they have ennoroumosly typed the name in nominee column as ABIRMI.I had already given complaint about this in earlier date, but no reply has received from your side. Please advice me whether i should send the original document to your office for ammendment or any other procedure is there for that. And i request you to please change my contact address as follows.
