Sub: Non disbursement of cash by ATM but got debited to my account ICICI BANK 603801529541
This is to bring it to your kind notice that on 16th March I have tried to withdraw cash from your HDFC ATM E1ACHD02 at around 9.20 am and the further details are as enumerated below:
A. I have followed the process and waited for money disbursement by the ATM machine (HDFC-Panjagutta)
B. Money not disbursed neither the slip got printed, nor counting sound heard but normal screen appeared on the monitor
C. Got tensed, tried for second time in succession and further checked the balance (transaction no 4070-bal inquiry)
D. Shocked and got disappointed, repeated the process (transaction no 4075-bal inquiry)
E. I have not left the ATM for 10 minutes after the first attempt / disappointment pretending that ATM may disburse money little late possibly due to some technical problems but went in vain
F. I left the spot and I got a SMS message @ 9.38 AM implying 5000 INR debit following withdrawal – Indeed I really got annoyed as I have not got the cash
G. I have lodged complaint with ICICI customer care vide SR 135453947 dated 16 March instantly
H. I have approached HDFC Panjagutta – Hyderabad, for escalation with a letter and HDFC official has denied to accept my letter and hence this mail
I. I am perplexed as to why my letter of escalation was not accepted and I am in a very helpless situation
I am writing this to you with request to you to please help re-credit the un-disbursed amount back to my account and oblige
