Money transaction loss

Dear sir/madam,

i am satyanarayana.meesala from vizianagaram.

sir i am using hdfc ATM card. i wanted to withdraw the money so i went to the nearest SBI ATM at gajapathinagaram branch vizianagaram on 1-1. tried to withdraw 3000 rupees. but there computer shown error message like " your transaction has been timed out". so i came back . after one hour i withdraw 3500 money from canara bank there i got balance as lost 3000.

so i request you sir to get back my money and solve my problem as soon as fast.
