ATM pin not sent to my mailing adress and wrong guided me for new pin requist, losed importentwork, petrol apnd phone calla

Sir,

I SNP Raghava ram Garimella working as a sr.executive in DR.Reddy's labs, Cto-II hyd, bollaram. I am using hdfc bank account from last 2 years as a salary account.recently Bank offered me the Titanium debit card, but pin was not received.they sended through post, but my mailing adress not have service of post. These Details not informed to me. I just using my old debitcard as useal but atm machine sucked my card. Immediately i calld to Phone baker they wrong guided me.they guided me as to go to the nearest branch and Apply for new pin Requist basing on that i went to hdfc bank chintal branch but they didnt forwarded my requist.

For this i disturbed mentally and i calld to hdfc phone banking serveice but they didnt responded i losted my importent and aluble time and money for phone and travelling.so kindly take a immediate action on this.
