My ATM card was swallowed at a time i needed the money most. I lost more than 30 K in the entire ordeal because of the same as got stranded. I have written to the MD and all senior management and i only got lame excuses. It speaks volumes about the MDs commitment and banks service levels towards customers. All they say is "it was a technical error" and the bank is sorry for it.
One of most pathetic banks.
Customer service takes months to respond on the case.
