Improper speaking with custome

Hi,

I just need to inform about HDFC staff of bangalore headed by Uday Shankar, last month or before one lady called me. She spoke very rudely with me. HDFC staff of that particular banch dont have the proper sense to talk with customers. When i was speaking politely, she started speaking like as if she is going to hit me. I was very happy with service of the card. But not with the staff. One of the very worst services from HDFC support. One month i was unable to pay the minimum amount due to my some commitments, but they should have informed me politely about the forthcoming issues of not paying the bill. So i was very unhappy and now i dont want to have any relation with HDFC bank.
