Third party transfer not activated

I have two saving accounts with HDFC bank out of which one is salary account.

For last one month I am running around them to activate my third party transfer used in net banking, as sending money through check or draft to my parents is very time consuming.

Three times i have filled and submitted the form once in sanghvi (pune) branch and later at aundh (pune) branch.

Pls help me
