New Car Loan

I have applied for new car loan on 13-01 to HDFC bank, but loan yet not disbursed. Kindly read the process I have passed through-:

Day-1&-12/01: I called HDFC loan banking customer care and talk to Ekta for new car loan of about 4 Lacs and told them to send a representative for document collection in the morning hours because I had a meeting in the afternoon.

Day-2&-13/01: The representative Mr Pushp Ranjan Came in afternoon in spite repeated requests to kindly come early and so I was forced to reschedule my meeting. I gave him all the documents he had asked.

Day-3&-14/01- Nothing Happened.

Day-4&-15/01- Nothing happened.

Day-5&&16/01-Nothing happened.

Day-6&&17/01- Nothing Happened.

Day-7&-18/01- my loan application has been logged in. I don’t, no why loan department was so late and wasted almost 6 days. I want to mention your executive told me that application will be logged on 14/01 but a flat lier.

Day-8&-19/01- My loan has been sanctioned and I received a message for the same. I made a call to the representative to tell him to kindly collect my checks and your kit signed tomorrow but he told me that he could not come to Sahibabad because his house is in Janakpuri. I requested him that then I will come.

Day-9&-20/01-- I submitted properly signed kit and signed checks to him. He assured that my loan will be disbursed in a day.

Day-10&21/01-- He called me and said if I get a call from the HDFC office then told them that he is coming to meet me. Means He requested me to tell a lie to the HDFC bank.

Day-11--22/01-- Nothing Happened. I sent my margin slip of rupees 1, 50, 000/- and insurance copy to the HDFC ITO centre by Fax as asked by the representative Pushp Ranjan.

Day-12--23/01--I am still waiting for the loan disbursement.

Day-13--24/01- Nothing Happened.

Day-14--25/01-I have given my original ITR for last two year as asked by the HDFC executive. Pushp Ranjan told me to communicate with Mr. Niranjan in future.

Day-15--26/01-Nothing Happened.

Day-16--27/01-Nothing Happened.

Day-17—28/01-Nothing Happened. I am still waiting for Loan disbursement. Mr. Niranjan is picking my one phone out of 10 phone calls as I am a beggar not a customer.

I have read your "Fair Practice Code for Lending" and your bank violated the same many times in last weeks. They did not provide me receipt of loan application and also did not communicate why my loan was not disbursed yet.

Kindly address my complaint as soon as possible and revert with the reason for delay.
