I took a two wheeler loan from centurian bank of punjab (now HDFC Bank) in oct. the loan was cleared in jan. after clearance of loan also the bank has not provided me with the RC of my vehicle. Everytime i visit them they keep on making some excuses. its almost more than 1 years and 6 months but i havent recieved my RC. can anyone advise what i can do.
