No response for the Credit Card Sattlement done

Its almost 6 month over that I have done sattlement of my HDFC credit card account (HDFC Card # 4346 7810 0395 8170). I am trying to get in touch with HDFC for the final sattlement and latter of the clerance. I have registered the request twice with HDFC after calling on their Customer care number (HDFC Cust. care# 020-66034332. Referance No# 10289036583 and 10298847327. They updated me to arrange a call back to my cell number (95455 20480). But there is no call back arranged and my request is just getting ignored by HDFC. I have been chasing with HDFC since last 2 months for the same but no reply.

Need justice on this.
