HDFC Bank
For not providing yearly statement

Dear All,

I had a salary account with hdfc bank at chandni chowk branch. I left the job in May. When I visited hdfc bank home branch for cash deposit. Hdfc bank officials closed my account. And after that they did not provide me any bank statement. In last financial year I did some transaction in above said account. When I rask for bank statement of last 10, they told me that you will charged 143rs for bank statement. That's hdfc bank services. I also complained in their customer care department. they assured me that you will get your statement within two working days. But nothing has been done.
