Wrong Amount debitted for 'N' number of times

Hi,

I am the HDFC debit card holder, Wrong amount debbitted while withdrawing the money from ATM of hdfc bank, if its happened for first time then Its by mistake, but if its repating again and again then its like cheating the customer, if I connect with hdfc employee they are telling like visit nearer bank and fill the form, why so I should go its something went wrong from the hdfc bank side so they have to visit the customer and give a solution for that, if they really value the customer

Want to share and also want not to happen these things again
