NOT RECEIVED CARD

I am sheena applied for credit card last month Ref no.is 11111816597880N1.I received the confirmation that card has been approved but i did not get till date I dont know what is the service of HDFC Bank. If it will be continue in future I move with other brand. Please do needful at your end.
