Deduction of amount from savings account without intimation

After giving a complaint regarding the deduction of amount from my savings account without any intimation, again & again I am being harassed by the telecalling team of HDFC bank credit card Kolkata. Instead of providing any resolution to my previous complaint they are simply harassing.
