On 01 april, i used my debit card to check balance.after entering the pin and choosing bal enquiry from the menu, nothing happened and a mesage was displayed that the card was retained. I had entered the right pin.
what could be the reason. this has caused great inconvinience and harrassment. Is the bank correct in doing this.can i complain against this?
