I have purchase the REPO vehicle Pulsar from Centurion Bank of Punjab (Now HDFC Bank Ltd) in 2007.That time I deposited Rs 23000 and NOC for the same provided to me by Bank. Now I want to change the ownership of that pulsar on my name but HDFC bank refuse to re-new the NOC provided by Centurion bank. I have visited there local office located at Ind. Area ph 1 chandigarh. Met with Mrs Saloni (Customer service manager ) & Amit in TW department but they refused to help me……please do the needful to resolve the issue…my contact no 9216236236..
