Smart Draft-Customer Care worse

I availed the smart draft facility on the 12th of Jan. I applied for it the week before and when the person from the bank told me the details i had asked him about the processing fee which he told me would be Rs. 1000/- and i had asked him to give me a discount on the processing fee. However this did not happen but what did happen was that i am charged a processing fee of Rs. 1500/- and i have been calling the bank since the last three days about the same and have received a reply saying i need to visit the home branch. Why should i visit the home branch?? I cant visit the home branch i do not have time for that. When you guys want someone to sign up for loans u come here readily and provide support on phone but you wont be able to cut back on a simple processing fee online???

The worst ever kind of replies from customer care executives. One Ms. Stella calls me at 9.00 AM in the morning... i mean who calls at that time? And Mr. Pandian informs me that someone from home branch will get in touch with me? This is infuriating! I am angry that you cannot handle a simple issue and just drag it on???
