Dear Sir,

I Kirti Bothra worked with Hdfc Bank Brach at Bikaner under employee code no. CK06950 and salary a/c no.14291040000092 as a Contract Sales Executive. I have resigned my job w.e.f.01/06 but on till today i dont get pf withrawal amount So please arrange to settle my provident fund account.
