Sir, (Banking Ombudsman),

I Mrs Seema Kataria the Wife of Mr. joginder Kataria took a loan against Jewellery from HDFC bank Mayapuri New Delhi in 14.09.2010. Closing Date was 14.09.2011 at the time of received I Saw The jewellery was damaged I told him but they could not bother at that time I am in hurry but they insure me that they are responsible for it. Mayapuri Branch write a E- Mail to his Seniors But they could not do anything. I complain to Customer care but they also not take any interest. Please help me to give my right. I Have a Photo grapes and mobile Call details which show that our conversation between Mayapuri Branch and my self.
