Dear Sir,

Subject:- Conversion of Zero balance account to savings account without giving prior infomation.

I have forwarded mail to HDFC bank several times refer to above subject. They have onverted my zero balance account to savings account without giving my prior information regading the smae via-mail/sms or call. THen they have deducted balance from my account to minimum balance to maintain savings account (payment has been deucted from account (Acc No.:- 02471200003621) four times payment deducted details are as:- (827.25*3 668.01). I hereby request you to kidly pls intervene & look into the matter.
