my personal loan is sention on 20/03 of 2, 58, 000 Rs.

As per talk with hdfc bank customer care 2, 50, 319 Rs. is credited in my account after cutting all fees. But actual amount credited in my account is 2, 39, 822 Rs.

so, i want to know that where is the rest amount is
