HDFC BANK STATEMENT
Debit of Amount from SB A/C No. 00521000012842

Pl refer to my HDFC Bank Quarterly statement in which the following amounts have been shown and same have been debited to my above said account:

23/9/09 CCP D 200.00

23/10/09 CCP D 200.00

23/12/09 CCP D 68.82

I have been contacting the bank since last more than 15 days. They lodged a complaint also. But thee is no result.

Kindly look into the matter and effect the reversal of the said amount.
