Take penalty on the given due date

We purchase the bike which was financed by HDFC and HDFC gives us a cheque clearance date of 5th of every month at the deal time. At the last month "April" have some off's of banks. I Transferred the money on 1st of April from AXIS Bank and it came in account on 5th of April due to some bank leaves. On 5th of April, In between 10:00 am to 11:00 am money has been come in the account but HDFC place the cheque on-line at 10:00 am whenever our due date is 5th not 5th at 10:00 am. whole the day should be for customer because HDFC not mentioned or verbally saying all about that at the deal time.

I wanted the solution by HDFC and i mailed them but they don't accepted their fault in it and told me that will pay your due loan amount with late charges.

I want the solution from consumer forum which is the right in whole the situation mentioned earlier.
