I had to transfer money from my HDFC account to another account however couldn't because my HDFC account has an old mobile number. HDFC doesn't allow its customers to change/update the number through the website, the customer has to visit the nearest branch to raise a request which would take atleast 5 business days (as communicated by the customer service rep). I had to make an urgent payment however didn't get any help even though I answered all the questions of the rep to clear security on the account. Such a poor service/policy of the bank.
