Deduction of QAB aginst 0 balance scheme

Dear Sir

I have opened saving A/c 07861460004158 with name of my daughter Avani Jain. During opening of a/c bank told me if you keep FD of Rs 10000/- then there is no need to keep QAB 5000 Rs in account. So I was mainting 0 amount in the a/c. But for the qtr of JUL-SEP2010 bank has deducted 00.92 Rs from my a/c against QAB charges. When I have reported to the bank. bank told me the scheme has been changed and total 300 Rs to be deducted form your a/c against Less QAB charges. also they told me to maintain minimum 5000 QAB in a/c or 50000 Rs FD. While bank has never informed me for the changes.
