A Letter from me has been submitted in Adyar ATM in April to Close my HDFC Credit Card
(4346771005280459, Name: Charanya Balasubramanian) and ADD -ON Card (Named P.PASALI). Along with that
Letter two ICICI Checks bearing # 702912, 702913 (each for Rs 10, 000) has been enclosed for total payments
20, 000 RS and final settlements.
Even though there has been no reponse from your end, both the checks mentioned was debited to my account on
22-Apr (Proof Enclosed along with this email).
I personally have called the customer service on 19th of April to get the Latest outstanding due and the final
setlement check was dropped on the basis of the same.
I have made multiple follow up for the same. The Letter furnished for the close had contact details and address for
intimation to send the NOC certificate, but still I received zero responses from your end.
Communications / Call received from HDFC Bank
• I Received a first communication call from your end in this regards (between May and August
, sure about the exact date) for due of amount 2000 Rs, A response was sent from my side though an
Internationl call and email detailing the payment details and the card closure details along with the Bank
statement and Bank Proof. I had a verbal acceptance from your credit card agent through telephone.
• Secondly in Jan I have received a email from Krishna Walia for the same due, I responded the same
with a detailed email and call along with the proof of payments and requested for the closure of same as well
as physical statement of the card (Please find the attached emails fro references).
• On checking my CIBIL report in Feb I was informed a due of amount 4000 Rs is appearingin MY
HDFC CREDIT CARD. I visited the LOCAL HDFC Bank and submitted all the Letters and email copy for the
payments made and follows up made. < I WAS INFORMED, A CALL BACK WILL ARRANGED FOR THE
SAME>
• Third call was received some where in May requesting for the payment of Rs 30, 000 Rs. I
Responded back and contacted Mr. Vasanath, and forwarding all the emails and Letters to UDAY
SHANKAR and requested for a physical copy of card statement and charges details
• On June 19th, I have received a notice from BANK, requesting to settle the amount of Rs 10, 600 . After
making multiple follow ups, I receieved a call in June and Last week stating for the payment of Rs
40, 000 for the final settlement.
• LAST WEEK, again I visted Thane HDFC Bank and dropped the complain letters and requested for the
Copy of the Credit Card Statemet. < I WAS INFORMED, A CALL BACK WILL ARRANGED FOR THE
SAME>.
Till now, I have neither received any physical statements or detailed call acknowledging my emails or follows up
made. All I receive from your side is about the settlement amount which varies indefinitely in ranges.

I have attached the Bank Statement. Which was the last transaction payment made towards my card for final
settlement? No Card Transaction was made after that as i have destroyed the card. Both the card has been
destroyed in Apr.
It was a surprise to receive a call after 3 or 4 years regarding the non-payment / clearance of liability. It was paining to
note for having received remainder from you for the account which has been already settled by me long time. To
avoid recurrence of such remainder at least in future I would like to take off the matter with customer care center and
there contact # / email address. I seek for health for getting the number /email address.
I have requested multiple times for the physical statement to my communication address, never I received a physical
copy or an email copy. I do see different figures of settlement amount each time when I receive the call.
