This is with the ref to my credit card (ending **** **** **** 9236) holding with HDFC Credit Card. 3months back got a sales call regarding HDFC ERGO, before accepting the policy I had confirmed with the sales exe 3-4 times (regarding, weather I will get the benefits only if I get hospitalized for any min period). Unfortunately met with a small accident and was suppose to undergo with the treatment, that time ERGO confirmed that I should hospitalized min 24hrs (WHICH WAS NOT INFORMED ME WHEN I SING UP THE POLICY). Since I had given wrong information at the time of sales call I am forced to discontinue the policy, and I should get the complete policy amount. But which is not happen. Regarding the same when I spoke to ERGO, they asked me to talk with Credit card dept. I had spoken to the customer care of CC, they promised me the call back (after listening to the first sales call). Which I never recieved.

Today when I called up to the customer care of CC, I had spoken to CC exe Ms. Usha. Since she is at agent level (couldn't been able to comment about full refund of the ERGO policy), I had asked her to transfer the call to the Manager (not to the floor in-charge). She had transfer the call to Manager Ramya Mohan (I don't think so she is the Manager), who was not suppose to be even in customer care agent level. who does not have patience to talk with the customers, trying to disconnect the customer's call. The first time had worst experience with HDFC customer care, I am thinking to cancel the credit card itself.
