Illegal annual fees

Hi,

I took HDFC Titanium credit card last month, after one month i got a message saying that you need to pay 274 rs as membership fee. I got the bill also, In the bill they have mentioned that as membership Fee of 274. I called the customer care executive and told the same thing they told me that it is annual Fee for the Titanium card, and they told like. I have to pay that 274 now and after using the card for 10, 000 with in 3 months that amount will return (274) back to me..But I have to pay the annual fee of rs 250 if I did not use the card for 10, 000 with in 3 months.

can you tell me what to do?
