Threatening and abusive language used by the Collection agent

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with reference to my credit card no. xxxxxxxxxxxx4401 (HDFC Bank), I would like to point out that I am an old customer of HDFC and regularly clear my dues except in a few exceptional cases in which I have been late due to some financial exigencies.

But one of their branch in Rajouri Garden, New Delhi, Phone no. 01141444102 (Caller name Mr. Gaurav Sharma, the number given by him was 9811098110) abused and threatened today regarding payments where as I have already made payments except for the current month which I have already assured to make by 4th / 5th of January.

The kind of response and talking I have received from the agency is really pathetic and can’t be told in public.

I hope the bank like HDFC should not tolerate this kind of behaviour from its agencies towards its customers.

Also I want immediate action against the said agency. Kindly help me the procdures for these kind of complaints.
