I SAMSON RAO having credit card with ur bank card no ending with**************6974 which is due for one month i got a call on from
collection department name AKSHYA, NO: 04443582864, she is following
form month starting i informed her that i'll be making payment on 27th
but i was out of station because of christmas and not able to pay on given PTP date. my main issue is she called my friend KOLTON NO 9940143782 and informed regarding my card payment which is not be done as per RBI guideline which she has done.and also she called my no and harrash me like anything i want u should lisene calls on dated 28.12.09 which is made to these no's 9952973704, 9940143782, regarding this problem i have given complaint in customer care also but no feedback has given and also i infromed senior office mr. SURESH who in collection department he told that he will taking action but till now nothing is happened, my concern is for in issue dont thing that i'll stop my payment no i'll not stop my payment at any cost but this should be lessen to AKSHYA and HDFC BANK also to dont give collection prosess to careless people who have not completed there DRA exam which is also RBI
guideline...
Please kindy revert me also what is happning there.and also check the
BCSBI CODE OF CONDUCT what is saying regarding this issue..
i am infroming this issue to hdfc bank only if this problem is not
sorted then i have to infrom CUNSUMER CURT...
