Harasement call from HDFC CREDIT CARD collection agencies

My name is Kiran Honaji Walunj from Mumbai-Ghatkopar. my credit card no is 5289456000276068.I am facing very serious financial crises due to cheating from builder for rs.20, 00, 000/- i have taken all this amount Rs.20, 00, 000 from my friends and relatives. i am not able to pay for my homeloan intrest. i am paying only intrest to my homeloan bank because builder not given Passion.

I am not in possition to pay my credit card amount at all. I have explain this to your executive on phone (amol9892737121) and my family also explain the same thing when your collection agencies person visited at home. I told your executive from collection agencies that I am ready for final settlement on Rs.20, 000 only. because of my financial crises and due to my mothers illness.

Now Mrs. Ayesha (9833879816/022-39573505) is behaving very rudely on phone and forcing me for the Payment. She is using rude language & entertaining in personal things. i am also getting same call from 022-61439300/28562006.

She is really Harasing by calling again & again. She should know how to behave with a customer. Beacuse of her monthly target she forget to repect the customer.

Please help.
