Unauthorized Transaction

I have not used my credit card no 4346781012901138 on 29-12 at chargetrust.com. But 2773 INR has been charged on my card towards Chargetrust.com on the 29-12 to which i am not aware of. please help me in cancel that transaction and debiting the amount back to my card.
