Closure of Credit Card

Sub: Application for Credit Card No. 4346-7810-1307-5924 till date not closing.

Dear Madam / Sir,

My Credit Card No. 4346-7810-1307-5924 which is settled in the month 01/12 of Rs.6065/- through you HDFC Pune I have give the cheque to your officaial person and it has been honoured by the bank. But again HDFC (Bank) send me balance amount why?

I complain Pune (Office) they told me your Date of Birth is not correct as per our record so we cant give you any reply. I requested them that according to my Pan card and all documents my birthdate the same as ihave told you but no response. I have received a satement for a amount of Rs 973 . 00 in which they have charged a late fee of Rs. 350 =00

So please check the detail and close the account of balance as early as possible.
