Pathetic Service Of credit Card

Hi,

I am Nitin Shinde i had apply for the credit card as on 2nd week of may Ref. No. # 12050915687980W1.

after application i got the call for verification it has done but after that there is no any call from your end.

I try to call call centre no. 022 285643321. they don't have any information then told me to call after 3-4 days for the update then i call then inform me you request has been decline i ask them why it has been decline then they said that information is not available with us you will get the letter at your address with reason why it is decline, after that i calling again & again but still i didn't received any letter from HDFC.& when i call to call centre they inform me your request has been rejected & we can't do any thing you need to apply again.

Now again i had apply for the card as on 24th June Ref. No.# 12062613864440W1.

same thing is happen again it is decline due to incorrect address, hence i given correct address proof with the application, but then had enter the wrong address in your system due to that reason it is got decline after that i had resubmitted my proper address with land mark but still call centre don't have any information they told me to wait for 4-5 days to get update, i ask call centre give me the ETA but they told me we can't give the ETA you call after the 4-5 days you will get the status.
