BANK AND BPO PROVIDES NO HELP WHEN NEEDED IN CREDIT CARD

FOR 5YEARS I HAVE BEEN AN NRI, AND HELD A CREDIT CARD IN MY NRO ACCOUNT. NOW THAT I HAVE BECOME A RESIDENT INDIAN, I WANT TO CLOSE MY CREDIT CARD AND TRANSFER ONE PENDING CREDIT TO MY OTHER CARD. THE CREDIT IS IN AN 0% EMI, AND VERY BENEFICIAL SINCE I CAN CONTINUE PAYING A SMALL AMOUNT EVERY MONTH.

NOW THAT I WANT TO CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT, THE BANK IS ASKING ME TO PAY THE LOAN IN ADVANCE ONLY THAN I CAN CLOSE MY NRO ACCOUNT.

THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AS TODAY WE CAN TRANSFER HOME LOANS FROM ONE BANK TO THE OTHER, HERE I'M ONLY ASKING FOR TRANSFER OF LOAN FROM ONE CREDIT TO THE OTHER IN THE SAME BANK.

WHAT A TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE OF HDFC THAT JUST ISNT HELPING
