Sub- Removing my name from CIBIL

Dear Sir

I would like to bring the following to your notice

1. That I took a loan of Rs 1 lakh in the month of 12 from HDFC CREDIT CARD

2. I refund of Rs.50000. after 15 days.

3. I was regularly paying the installment of balance amount till October

4. Suddenly I lost my job as the company closed its operation and I failed to make father payment

5. I got a job again in OCT and started paying but due to hardship I could not continue after a couple of months

6. I left my services in April and in between I received a letter from HDFC for the payment of remaining amount and in reply I assured them I would repay their amount as soon as I shall be in a position.

7. Recently I got a job but soon lost it as my name is referred to CIBIL

I request you to please advise me how to come out of CIBILE and work peacefully and repay the loan amount.
