Mismatching of my signatures

Dear Sirs, I was holding one depository account and Dmat account with HDFC bank, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi.

My account no. was DP ID IN 301436 and client ID 10523879.

I am sorry to write that I personally went to this branch and Mr. Dubey attended me. I have made my signatures varifications twice on my PAN card copy and my Voter's I card copy and also showed the original ones on 10.3.2011.

After that my employee went there twice and brought the papers again to get my signatures and took PAN and Voter's I card on 25.3.11.

Some two days back I got telephonic information from my broker O.J. financial services ltd., asaf ali road, delhi that again there is mismatch in my signatures rejected from Mumbai HDFC head office.

Now in the last 45 days or so I have suffered a great financial loss due to this administrative lack luster attitude of your H.O.

Again I have submitted all the papers through my share broker and let me inform you politely that if this time the H.O. shows the same attitude then I will take you to the courts and take legal action on your risks and responsibilities.

You will have to pay the cost of that.
