Hi,

My name is Saurav Kumar. I m holding hdfc gold credit card (4346781011302676) from last 3 months. In March I had my sister's marriage, due to which i used my whole credit, In April I got my first minimum due as Rs.1300, which I paid before tym, Then on May I got my minimum due as Rs.3500 (aprox), I paid Rs.500.I talked to customer service of HdFc credit card dept, I told them I have lots n lots of bill to be taken care of becaz of that I can pay minimum balance till 2 months, whoch I can bear. They told me that You can pay that, but you have to bear Interest rate n late fee chrgs. I said ok.today Dated 24/05, I received call from 01143145300, she said she is calling from hdfc debt collection company. She start shouting and yelling at me. I told her to lower down her volume n try to understand my situation. Then I told her that she is rude n i dunt want to talk to her. I told her to transfer call to her manager. Then another came on line, she was more rude than the agent. Without asking me the reason for delliquency she start shouting n used unprofane language on call. I hang up her call. After that I received more than 15 calls from different no.which i dunt picked up.(01143145300, 01166219031, 01143145200)

My concern is that if I have credit card wid your bank n I have sum emergency then certainly I will use your card. N if its a paying account, how come my account can get transfer to debt collection agency. N if its wid debt collection company then the employee over dere know how to talk to consumer.they should try to understand customer situation.
