Hi,
I have taken a housing Loan from HDFC home loan division and due to various financial problems, i was not able to pay the dues in correct time, HDFC people used to call me and i have assured them that all my dues will be cleared before this month mid and even after that they called my family members and talked to them in a abusing way and i am in the verge of losing my family.
if the loans are not repaid, i am the person liable on that and they have the leisure even to take away my property but they don't have the rights to abuse my family.
I was very much hurt with a leading bank behaves in such a way.
