HDFC MUTUAL FUND LETTER
NOT HANDOVER TO MY 14 YR. SON

Dear Sir,

On 23/01 My Mutual Fund letter (cheque) not delievered by your delivery man Mr. Somnath of Thane Division to my 14 years (fourteen) son stating that I will not give you, and handover one chit along with document no. which I misplaced.

I could not immediately contact your office because my brother expired on 15/01 due to which I was busy in some activities.

Then I talk to your office on 27/01 with Mr. Sanjay at Thane office who overconfidently told that your child should be small that's why my man has not given him letter. You may talk to our consumer service centre.

Then same day i talked to Ms. Swati at your consumer service centre who told me that letter has not gone to the HDFC-Chennai office and I will arrange to get it back to you.

But till today there is no response from you.

I was in need of money but due to your delivery man Mr. Somnath I could not get my money on time. How can I quote your service.
