HDFC Personal Loan
Fund holdings on corporate savings account for personal loan due

Sir,

I have a hdfc personal loan with ac# 13079751 and EMI is 4398 per month. But I failed to pay 3 months EMI from oct since I lost my job in the recession. I got the job back in june and since then I am making the payments regularly. But I could not pay the pending 3 EMI amounts. I informed the same to the bank executives who calls me for payment. On November 13 also I made the EMI payment (receipt number 93105320). But on November 12 HDFC personal loan dept is holded funds of Rs. 5, 046 in my HDFC corporate savings account with out any intimation. I have not given any savings account number to deduct the EMI from. Though I am paying the HDFC personal loan every month regularly bank has hold the funds which is not acceptable. Kindly please look in to this issue
