NOT PROCEDING PF WITHDRAWL FORM

RESPECTED SIR,

I Wish to get your notice that i had worked with Hdfcslic as SDM in its Moradabad Branch (u.p) from 2 Aug to 1 Aug. After that i have submite all the formalties towards me to with drawl my Pf money.

But still they are not giving me any response, I can not directly inquired at pf department as i have not complete PF a/c no. as company provide us only emp.code as pf a/c no. subsititude and that is PF/19056.

So pls this is my request to u pls do needful towards your side so that i can got my pf amount.
