I purchased insurance plan "SL Progrowth" for 50000/- on 29th Dec from a relationship manager from HDFC bank itself. They made a mistake and changed my plan to "SL crest". When I
realized I informed the same person and he told me that he would change the plan internally. But today on 8th Feb I got the returned check of Rs 47000/-. When I enquired on the customer care they told me your policy has been cancelled and after deduction this is the amount only. Please tell me the process to escalate the matter further or I should report FIR against
the fraud done by Bank people against me as they have changed the plan against my wish. Also the contact no (9873802346) of my financial consultant (mentioned in the policy) is always swicthed off.
I know they just duped me..
