My name is vijaya singh i had a credit card for which i agrred to settle the ac in da year 24-11-07. For an amount of 20, 000/= and do hav all da recipests with me that i made the paymnet to bank (reciept no.s as folows with the amt..)

with the settlement letter aswell. Now i opened the new ac a salry ac with the bank and my whole salary has been put on hold stataing i havent made the paymnet on credit card .. cutomer service people making fake commitement of givivng me a call from concerned dept within 24hrs.. n still i havent got any call from the dept. i made the copmlaint on 8-012010... its been more then 72hours.. no response from any dept...
When i gave call to credit card dept. A person name Nikunj picked call on the number 011-43161511. I told him i want to speak to manager but he abused and abruptly said there is no manager here and if you want to mark compliant against me nothing will happen to me... do what you want. Inspite me requeating him whenever your manager comes arrange for a call back on which he said there is no facility to make calls by manager and no out bound call are made... i dont think pepole in clooections have got the right to abuse and show unncessary attitude wheather a customer making paymnet or not...
Inspite helping your executives abuse coustomer who make full paymnet and bank harresses by blocking customers whole salary without intimating and telling the fault.. Bank is responsible for such irresponsible behaviuor.. towards customer... If i dont get a call on ma cell num9953243440 by next 24hrs.. i will file coplint againdst bank in court and also to consumer court wherein i have the call recordedd whcich your executive abused and did not help... if i making paymnats getting tortured like this i don't knw what you do with people who dont pay... no ethics... just mare heartless bank...
