I MRS.noorjahan abdul rasul kudchi. my husband was work in central railway (CR).matunga workshop.he expired on 09/03.at Dr.babasaheb ambedkar hospital (byculla).my pension account in bank of maharashtra at kausa branch.my A/C number is 60026065439 the PPO book was hand delievered to your thane link bank, on 21/08

the link bank has forwaded the PPO to kausa branch on 24/08 as per the copy of acknowledgement sheet.but the branch manager of Kausa say that the PPO book is not receive by the Thane branch.the PPO being important money value documents.it is necessary to be handle with proper case &custody.due to loss of PPO by bank my family pension is being made to suffer by non-receipt of pension for more than almost a 2-year now.
