UNWANTED SERVICES ACTIVATION

Hi,

I am fed up of the VAS services of reliance mobile. When i contact the customer care person they just say it is activated due to your acceptance while IVR calling. But no such IVR call we respond even we didn't receive any IVR from reliance still they deduct my balance. This happen 3-5 times. On deactivation they again activate the same within 3-4 days later. this is totally ridiculous. Could any body tell the way how would i got m balance back.
