Complete Disregard For RBI Guidelines

I have a SBI credit card which is a year old. Have been making regular payments till i lost my job. Post that i couldnt pay for sometime. Even after i started paying the monthly dues the collection agents from the Mahim (Mumbai) office have been calling me numerous times in the day and send their collection agent to my house. They use suedo names when they call and lie about their designations. The agents are rude and have no manners. They have even used threats and abuses. One of the girls who called me was literally yelling at the top of her voice and wouldnt listen. She said she is heading the legal team however that turned out to be a lie when another representative called me and i questioned him. He accepted that she had lied and was not at all worried about the same. I have filed a complaint wit the RBI and communicated the same to the SBI representative who called me. The SBI representative had the odacity to tell me even if i made 20 complaints to RBI nothing will happen and the calls will continue. This is the worst banks i have ever come across.
